The processing of your order in 3 steps

1. Preparation

Your order is prepared as soon as we receive your payment, that means immediatly if you pay your order with your banking card or when we receive your check in euros if you pay by check.

2. Packaging and wrapping

Your order is carefully packed with high quality packing materials that will protect the items you have ordered.

Cheeses are packed separately in order to preserve them during the shipping. They are first packed under-vacuum and then put in an isotherm pack with a cooling bar. We recommend you to place them in your fridge as soon as you receive your order. Take them off their under-vacuum pack at least 24 hours before tasting them and take them out of the fridge 15-30 minuts before serving.

3. Shipping costs and delays

Within France

We guarantee you the delivery of your order within 4 open days for every order received before 11.00 AM from Monday to Friday. (order within metropolitan France only).

We will send you your order with service colissimo from La Poste. On request, we can send you your parcel number.

A single flat rate : 7.50 EUR

Within Europe and Switzerland

You will be delivered within 7 open days for every order received from Monday to Friday before 11.00 AM.

We will send you your order with service colissimo from La Poste.

A single flat rate : 15.00 EUR

* This rate apply to European countries delivered by Colissimo : Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Worldwide :

Shipping costs are computed according to the weight of your order and to shipping address. You have the choice between 2 different shipping modes : prioritary postal parcel or colissimo DOM and express delivery with Chronopost and Fedex.. Cheeses must be sent with Chronopost and Fedex to guarantee you their quality.

In the course of the preparation of your order, you can at every moment check the estimated amount of the shipping costs on "your basket" page where you just have to select the country of your choice. It is also important to note that your order is invoiced without French taxes and that you can be asked when delivered to pay duty taxes if any apply in your country.

Shipping costs vary with the country of delivery and with the weight of your order.
