For each product displayed on our site, you will find the full list list of its ingredients.
Origin
We only choose the best products of Aveyron. They are made by famous professionals known for their know-how and the qualities of their products. Our tasting committee taste every product and keep only the best ones. For every product, you will find a full report on its producer and the way it is made. This report can be accessed through a link located on each product page.
Traditional know-how and recipes
Our products are prepared according traditional recipes, and in full accordance with the latest safety and hygiene standarts. Our products are made with high quality ingredients and do not content any artificial preserving nor colouring. You will find more information about the preparation of our products on the web pages dedicated to each of the producers that participate to this site. These informations can be accessed from every product card.
Many quality labels
The producers that participate to this website have been many times rewarded for the quality of their products both in local gastronomy contests and in national or even international ones. On the pages related to each producer, you will find pictures of the quality labels they have received. Here are some of them :

AB is the French label for Organic Food.
European Gold Masters reward the best european products.
AOC guarantees you the origin of a product.
IGP is another label that guarantees you the origin of a specialty.
The French Agricultural Contest is a trade fair organised once a year by the French Department for Agriculture in order to reward the best French products.
The French Natural Parks grant a special label to the products that are made within the park in accordance with their environment and quality charter.

We will answer you as soon as possible.
Availability
We propose you high quality products but some of them just cannot be produced on demand and thus might not be available at any moment. For instance, if the weather is bad in Aveyron one year, and if there are not many raspberries, we will have only a limited number of raspberries jam from Aveyron to propose you.
From time to time, some of our items might not be available. That is also a clue of quality. We engage ourselves to inform you about the availability of any of the items displayed on our site.
Some of our products are only produced in limited quantities... If you do like them, don't tell about them to your friends, we would no be able to deliver anybody !
