Blackberry is a dark red fruit very abundant along country paths in the south of France. It can be picked from July to October. Blackberry is mainly used to prepare syrups, jellies and jams. It is famous for its original flavour. Tips : You can taste this jam with toasts or slices of bread and butter for breakfast or even snacks.
