Cherry plum jam

Mirabelle plum is a small and yellow plum that matures in August. It can be used to prepare a famous brandy. It also gives a particularly flavoured jam.

Tips : simply on a slice of bread... Close your eyes and just enjoy !

Composition :	800g of sugar for every kilogram of fruits.
