Rhubarb jam

Rhubarb jam

Rhubarb is a green plant with big leaves held by green or red-violet thick stems. Once cut and ground, these stems are used to prepare compotes, jellies or jams.

Tips : you can traditionally have it spread on a toast or a slice of bread. But, the best of the best is to have it warm sprinkled with chocolate powder and served with vanilla ice cream. Bon appétit !
