Chantelune is an aperitif made with gentian roots. Roots are gathered in the Cévennes mountains or Aubrac plateau. We use fresh roots which brings a typical aroma to the Chantelune. Its bitterness can be accompanied by lemon or orange flavors. Tasting advice : Drink it fresh. The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health. Drink moderately.
