Settled on the heights of the Tarn valley, the view is superb. Every morning on wake up, I admire this exceptional panorama before working. Beyond my beekeeping activity, I also breed hens.
In order to better respect nature and the environment where I live in, I chose to follow AB (organic farming) norms. Even though by choosing AB norms, I have additional work in order to comply with the strict specifications of organic agriculture from breeding to the making of honey. AB norm guarantees the quality of organic products for the pleasure of consumers. AB norm is certify in France by Ecocert located in l'Isle Jourdain, France.
Today, I am proud to offer you a presentation of my work and also to invite you to taste my honeys, ginger breads and madeleine, all made in compliance with AB (organic farming) norms.
